What To Expect
Meditation sessions are aimed at encouraging us to use meditation in every day life and so become more conscious and more fully present in our everyday life. Though meditation our loves become richer, we learn to trust ourselves more and gain greater well-being.
The sessions can be from half an hour to an hour as groups or 1-1. Sessions are friendly and informal, questions are encouraged and there is an expectation that you will practice between sessions. Prompts for practices will be given after each session.
