We offer the opportunity for one to one session. Each of these will be personalised and unique to your needs. Below are a few ideas of what we can build into your bespoke mindfulness journey. In your one to one mindfulness session I will use MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress reduction) techniques.  Everyone will receive an initial free half hour consultation in which we will discuss your needs and outcome of the sessions. No previous experience of mindfulness or meditation is required.

These sessions are about recognising and letting go of negativity and teaching you to embracing positivity. As part of the Happiness and positivity sessions you will acquire breathing techniques to enhance your calmness, learning to take a step back from thoughts and situations.

Stress is a major issue for most people and these sessions enable you to learn techniques to remain calm, recognise negative thoughts and feelings. It can help reduce anxiety, using mindfulness tools, such as breathing techniques, and meditation.


We are often our greatest critic and fail to appreciate ourselves. These sessions allow you to experience the fullness of ourselves, family and a wider circle of people. It uses mindful meditation, explores how to recognise our own value and build our self-worth.
