What To Expect
Mindfulness Group
A general session will be about one hour long. We start with a chat and a plan for the session.
it includes 30 mins formal mindfulness practice, finishing with a gentle wind down. We close the session with a suggestion on how to practice mindfulness during your week ahead.
Personalised Course
We start with a free consultation, in which we discuss and explore your needs. We then build a tailored program to aim for your desired outcomes. Each of your one-to-one sessions will include a formal practice following the plan plus a few informal practices for the week. You will also have access additional resources to support your journey.
