Press Pause is a unique company offering a number of services for you. Our company started with Mindfulness and has grown to include many more areas, but mindfulness is built into our core.
When you choose us you will be picking a family run company that offers personalisation of course alongside the option of group sessions allowing you to create something personal to you. In the past we have helped people with everything from reducing stress to pain management.

What To Expect

Mindfulness Group

A general session will be about one hour long. We start with a chat and a plan for the session.

it includes 30 mins formal mindfulness practice, finishing with a gentle wind down. We close the session with a suggestion on how to practice mindfulness during your week ahead.

Personalised Course

We start with a free consultation, in which we discuss and explore your needs. We then build a tailored program to aim for your desired outcomes.  Each of your one-to-one sessions will include a formal practice following the plan plus a few informal practices for the week. You will also have access additional resources to support your journey.
