I am a firm believer in yoga is for everyone, no matter your age, size, limited mobility, or physical disability. Yoga can be made accessible and I feel this book really demonstrates that so well hence recommending it to you. It has beautiful photos and lots of modifications in too. This book is a joy to read and browse though. Yoga is about finding what works for you not perfecting the best handstand or crow pose. it comes in Kindle or paperback.
