Sleep is healing and restoring to both mind and body. On occasion sleep can evade us all, we lay awake ruminating. We fret over the day, to do lists, what we should have done, might have done so sleep eludes us. Then we become more stressed as we know we should be asleep and how tired we will be in the morning. Press Pause offers several sleep breath techniques and a mindful body scan to help you fall asleep and remain asleep.

The course is over 4 weeks and and 1-1. The first session will be a FREE discovery session to explore those needs and stresses that your are facing. It is then tailored to your needs. You will receive support via email or text to encourage you to use the breathing techniques, access to my YouTube channel for practices.
