Do you want to sleep better?

There are lots of go to's to sleep better. For example having a good pre- bedtime routine is vital to prepare the body and mind for sleeping. Having a set time for bed, moderate temperature in the bedroom, fresh air flowing through, maybe reading or a meditation. A time of winding down including no electronics is great too. The blue light effect really impacts upon your quality of sleep. For me though you just can't beat a 4:8 breathing technique. It slows down my body and mind and really enables me to sleep right through the night too. I get proper rest and feel so much better the next day.

Feel free to contact me if you want to improve your sleep. Happy to chat any time.I am an accredited breath coach and have lots of experience particularly with sleep and stress reduction issues.
