There are lots of go to's to sleep better. For example having a good pre- bedtime routine is vital to prepare the body and mind for sleeping. Having a set time for bed, moderate temperature in the bedroom, fresh air flowing through, maybe reading or a meditation. A time of winding down including no electronics is great too. The blue light effect really impacts upon your quality of sleep. For me though you just can't beat a 4:8 breathing technique. It slows down my body and mind and really enables me to sleep right through the night too. I get proper rest and feel so much better the next day.
