I too have struggled to build it into my everyday life and I appreciate it can seem hard to do. Practice is everything and with it comes the benefits. I sleep better, am able to focus more on tasks, and appreciate the moments I have rather than having to get through a massive to do list. Don't get me wrong I do have a to do list, I do get stressed and my mind wanders wildly but I have some tools to step back from it and notice what is happening to my mind and body. Given this past year I know it has helped me so much to keep going and still enjoy life.
