Mindfulness Challenge!


There will be a mindfulness week challenge running soon. Keep an eye of Facebook for the announcement. There will be access to 2 on line guided meditations, one short practice sent to your email everyday, whiskey breathing guidance online to support better sleep. It will enable you to learn new skills and find some much needed calm and focus in our busy lives. Try pressing pause for a week and see how it helps. Investment is £10 for the challenge.
