I have created a beautiful and practical seven day self care journal. You can print it off and begin to take small steps to improving or starting self care. Most of us say " I don't have time for this stuff" but if you don't take care of your self who will? I totally understand that statement. I have family, grandchildren, work and Press Pause. It takes time to move from this place to enjoying some time just for you but if you don't make a start then you are at risk of burnout. I went through that years go and vowed never to go back and realised work/life balance is vital and taking care of yourself is part of that. Looking after yourself isn't selfish or just an add on. Taking care of yourself is vital to your well being. I have included journal pages with thought provoking questions to help you to start this journey of self care. A self care checklist is there for you to fill in as you progress through the week plus lots of tips.
