This month is Menopause Awareness Month. As a women who is just about through
this amazing and challenging time I totally understand what you are going through. All
our journeys are different but similar too. It happens to every women at some stage
in her life whether early or late.
A significant part of menopause is a decrease of the estrogen level, which can cause symptoms such as hot flushes, vaginal dryness, and night sweats. While some women go through menopause with little or no symptoms, around 75% of women experience these symptoms on the time that leads up to menopause, or perimenopause.
55% of women don't do anything to treat their symptoms during menopause, and many treatments can ease your symptoms such as breath work, yoga and mindfulness.
On our Facebook page @presspausemindfulnessuk we are exploring breath work ,
mindfulness, recipes and journaling to name but a few areas. There is already a live
breath practice posted to support you with to flashes and much more to come. Pop
over to the page and have a look and any questions just ask.
