Relax and reset. A gentle wall yoga sequence to calm the nervous system and improve flexibility. Wall yoga can be a powerful nervous system reset to help you release tension in your spine, shoulders, hips and legs whilst resting on your breath to drift to a quiet, calm place.

Wall yoga uses gravity to do the work and the wall provides full support for you. You can relax and just allow your body to settle and release. It is a gentle progressive practice. If you struggle to get to the mat or up from the mat pop a chair nearby to help you.

Wall yoga blends gentle stretching with breath to calm and restore you. Start slow, listen to your body and let the wall be your supportive partner into relaxation. Let me know if how it goes!
