Is there anything nicer than this time of year? Scrunchy leaves to kick in, pumpkins to pick and eat, cold evenings for snuggling together. It is the best time and yet sometimes a difficult time for people. Dark nights, lack of visitors and loneliness can sometimes affect us. Time to maybe join a group on line to keep our spirits up, socialise and learn a new skill. Join our mindfulness group on Friday morning or evening if that is better for you and relax and unwind. Maybe try our gravity yoga accessible for everyone to do something a little more active or a meditation session.
