WHAT'S NEW?

So August saw our first online venture into a daily practice to support you over the busy summer months of juggling family, work and life! It included pose of the week, tips, short and longer practices of both Hatha, fascial release, wall and chair yoga. We have received some lovely feedback;

"I have really enjoyed the chair yoga. Someone who looks like me doing yoga!"

Feedback from our face to face classes;

" Loving the classes and I never thought I would be be doing yoga. Brilliant class and very informative teacher. Round of applause for Fran!"

We took our yoga outside too and enjoyed the feel of the breeze, the warmth of the sun and sounds of nature around us. The most beautiful way to practice our yoga. Plus our alpaca yoga event. So peaceful and everyone loved the gentle yoga class alongside these nuzzling, curious alpacas. Hopefully another event soon. Thanks to Janet at

Sunshine and yoga!

I have now begun delivering more sessions in our local family hubs to the nurseries and the joy of hearing, "Oh it's the ogre lady!" from around 20 smiling little faces. We practice breathing, go on a yoga adventure, for example seaside visit or Jack and the Beanstalk, to take us through yoga sequence and then a short craft to close.

Feedback;

"The children really engage with you and the yoga. In fact we started using the 'take a breath' phrase too. It works!"

 Share this blog with a school you work in or a nursery! You could see the difference it makes to your children.

Also had a photo shoot to get some new photos for this coming few months. It was fantastic fun and thanks to https://www.facebook.com/bluemoonart
