Guided visualisation is a process where I lead you through imagining in your mind’s eye a relaxing scenario. Experience a series of images. Many people liken it to a mini vacation as they feel so relaxed. It can also be used to enable people to manage emotions and life challenges more effectively.
Why Guided Visualisations?
It’s an effective technique that can be used to help manage an array of health issues like stress, pain, fatigue and nausea (pregnancy related), insomnia, anxiety, depression, and mood swings.
It can help to bring calm to the body and mind.
It can be helpful in decreasing the effects of chronic conditions and can provide greater control over pain and the perception of the pain.
Suitable for all ages and is beginner friendly.
This can be on a 1-1 basis or in groups as required. If there is a specific issue you would like support with then we can discuss it and tailor a guided visualisation for you; for example visualising your self in the interview or the promotion you really want .
What To Expect
We start with a free consultation, in which we discuss and explore your needs. We then build a tailored program to aim for your desired outcomes. Each of your one-to-one sessions will last for 30 minutes and are tailored to needs including simply pure relaxation
