Good morning world!


Wake up everyday with a great morning stretch. Here are a few simple yoga poses to begin to mobilise your body ready for the day. Starting with just five or ten minutes a day can make all the difference to your body and mood. Plus you can do it all from the comfort of your bed. Try it and let me know how it goes for you. Do excuse my cat if you hear him meowing in the background. He really wanted to come in but if he does my yoga just becomes a cuddle time for him. I can promise you he got cuddles afterwards.
