Hear why being soft and kind to yourself is a strength and never be afraid to take that time just for you. I took a day just for me. I stayed at home but the house was pretty much free of family. I took time to rest, extra long session of mindfulness, meditation and yoga. I press pause to look after myself mentally and physically. If you need to press pause then take that opportunity when it arrives, when it is needed. Message me if you need to take some time out as happy to support you in meditation or a yoga session on line. I want to encourage anyone reading this and listening to the link that taking that time is vital. Never see it as a weakness or feel guilty for taking that time. I understand those feelings as a mum, nannie, wife and working. There is always something only you can do but believe me there will always be that thing so when will you look after yourself? The world won't come to a grinding, disastrous halt if you take time for you.
