Many of us put off our dreams, desires, and goals until “one day when.” This tendency can be more pronounced around the holidays.

 

We often prioritise making the season magical and memorable for all those around us, while placing our own needs and wishes on the back burner. The idea of self care goes out of the window.

 

 I would love you to try something different this year. 

 

How would it feel to make the final month of 2023 the most peaceful and calm month of your entire year?

 

To prioritise yourself, finish the year on a strong note, and carry that self care into the new year ahead.
