As promised, my first yoga challenge is here! This is just a challenge to encourage you to make time for yourself on your mat each day, not a physical "test"! Starts May 13th on our Facebook Challenge page. Posted each day so you can do the practice in a time that suits you.

Day 1: Awaken the Senses


Our challenge begins with gentle Hatha yoga to awaken your whole body and . Allow the flow of energy within you to unfurl, dissolving tension and paving the way for a week of blissful rejuvenation and don't forget Blackhut class tonight at 7.15pm.



Day 2: Flow into Fluidity


Building upon the previous day, we ease the into the hips. Exploring fluid movements and synchronizing breath with movement. Open the hips, boost flexibility, and relax into your time on the mat.



Day 3: Wall Yoga


Today, we introduce the transformative power of Wall yoga, focusing on longer holds to gently stretch and revitalize connective tissues. Melt away stress and tension as you delve into a state of introspection and inner peace.



Day 4: Unleash Your Strength


Prepare to ignite your inner fire with an emphasis on the core. This practice blends strength-building asanas to improve spinal health and build the core, invigorating your body and empowering you with new found energy and resilience.



Day 5: Stress Release


With a strong emphasis on the breath this gentle practice cultivates balance, and mental peace.



Day 6: Nourish the Soul


Indulge in Yin yoga, a practice that encourages deep relaxation and restoration. Explore gentle, supported poses that allow your body to fully recharge, rejuvenate, and heal.



Day 7: Radiate Serenity


On the final day of our challenge, we conclude with a meditation and mantra session. Dive into a calm oasis of mindfulness and discover the profound effects of stillness, leading to a sense of serenity that permeates your being.
