Fantastic evening at my local gym. We started with a few mindful movements then into our candlelit meditation. Mindful movement is slow and deliberate to allow our body to become grounded and develop our awareness how of how it is moving and feeling. The meditation used breath work too to allow us to come to a deep state of relaxation. This type of session reduces stress and anxiety levels, A study from Penn University of 2018 found that this type of session can also improve your mood and overall energy.
