I think we can all agree that this year has been a tough one in so many ways. I have been working from home for over a year. I really miss the everyday things that I took for granted like work colleagues, family get togethers, and just not having to think twice what the latest rule is around meeting up. Today is International Happiness Day and that is something we can all celebrate. Happiness is not always a belly laugh but a smile or a beautiful memory that lights up our day with happiness. The best way to capture moments is to pay attention. This is mindfulness in a nutshell. Simply press pause.
