Happy Easter! I hope you are all having a restful and fun Easter break.


The Press Pause page is going really well as is the Stress Less group attached to it. Just to let you know this Sunday at 7 pm via zoom there will be a short mindful mediation to connect with your mind and body plus have a moment of relaxation too. This week on the page we have been really focused on the breath and the difference that it makes to how we feel even with a few minutes of breathing and being present. My top tips would be try to do a daily practice if possible at the same time. Maybe ask a friend to join you as support always helps. Some days when you do not feel it is going well simply stay with it and as time passes and you do the practices you will feel and see the benefits.

This coming week we will be exploring how to weave mindfulness into the every day things that we do such as queuing, washing the pots and walking. Remember mindfulness is about being present in the moment and not just the formal meditation practices that we do.
